Veg-Hub reserves the right on their delivery partner usage as we will use multiple delivery partner to ensure your food arrives as soon as possible to you

Delivery Delay

Experience a delivery delay? It could have been to many factors such rain, rider vehicle breakdown, accidents, peak hours/multiple order etc. 

You may check from Order History, the current status of the order and you will be notified by drop down notification of the status of your order.

Delivery time is very dynamic as it depends on multipe factors such as restaurant ability to prepare the food during peak and off peak hours, number of riders available on the road, weather conditions, road closure etc.

We will strive to meet your expectation as we are growing step by step.

Order Cancelled - By Restaurant

It is up to the restaurant to accept or reject your order. Mostly orders are rejected if restaurant is unable to meet the demand of the orders. The amount will be automatically we refunded back to your wallet and should you wish to have it transfer back to your bank or card, do let us know so we can process it for you.

Order Cancelled - By Veg-Hub

Veg-Hub reserves the right to cancelled orders when it is raining heavily in certain locations. Veg-Hub team will make contact with you via whatsapp to let you know if you are willing to wait and if there is no response within 10 minute the order will be cancelled.

As by accepting it, it will take very long to match you to a rider during rainy weather. The amount will be automatically we refunded back to your wallet and should you wish to have it transfer back to your bank or card, do let us know so we can process it for you.

Refund Policy

All refund request should be initiated within 2 hours of orders being received.

Kindly submit your refund request via Contact Us or simply click on the whatsapp to talk to our on-hour specialist to assist you further.

All refund request must be accompanied by minimum 4 photos (all different angle)

Refund will be a decision solely made by the eatery and Veg-Hub will only be a mediator between customers and eateries.

A refund will not be initiated for any delayed order out of Veg-Hub's control. If you still wish to cancel the order - only delivery amount will be refunded if the item is not picked up by the rider.

Cancelation of Order

If you have misplaced an order and would like to cancel, kindly contact the restaurant immediately. All cancellation will have 2 minute buffer time and our eateries reserve the right to reject any cancelation if the food is already in the process of being cooked.

Hence always double check your orders, amount and address before placing final order.

Payment Refund

All payment refund will be re-credited to your respective payment channel you have made from within 5 to 7 working days once approved by said Merchant.

Rate Eateries and Provide Feedback

Feedback are not just about the negative aspect, a single positive feedback will brighten our merchants day.

Negative Feedback

Veg-Hub ensures 100% anonymity of user’s data for any negative feedback. Zesty Clickz will not reveal any customer data except the feedback received for our eateries to review and grow.

Positive Feedback

Veg-Hub will share basic info such as name, phone of customers who have given positive feedback. This will allow eateries to perhaps provide any rewards for future orders.

They will be able to also market themselves with customer feedback on their social media to boost their sales.


Adding tips will increase chances of securing rider for your order. 

Rider Tracking:

In the My Orders, click the order which is running and you will be able to track your rider. Kindly allow 2-5 minute for the system to fetch rider location to accurately show you where the rider is.

ZERO Tolerance to Abuse

Veg-Hub reserve the right to ban any merchants or customers for any abusive language or bodily harm.

We understand users will be frustrated at times if order is misplaced, delayed, wrong order etc however rest assure we will do our best to manage all orders appropriately, accordingly and timely.
